ALIENWARE MOBILE LOUNGE ACTIVATION

The Alienware Mobile Lounge activation is a strategic marketing initiative aimed at connecting with the gaming community, building brand awareness, and generating excitement around Alienware products and gaming technology. The Lounge, constructed out of aluminum and glass, folds into a standard container size for transport, then expands into 680 square feet of gaming space. The lounge is outfitted with state-of-the-art gaming equipment, including high-performance Alienware gaming PCs, monitors, consoles, and peripherals. The goal is to create an immersive, hands-on experience featuring Alienware’s portfolio of products in an Alienware brand-forward environment.

The purpose of the Alienware Mobile Lounge activation is to bring the gaming experience directly to consumers in various locations such as gaming conventions, trade shows, esports tournaments, and other events. It serves as a showcase for Alienware's latest products and technologies, allowing attendees to try out their gaming hardware in a fun and immersive environment.

The Mobile Lounge often features gaming competitions, demonstrations of new games or hardware, meet-and-greets with professional gamers or influencers, and other interactive experiences designed to engage and excite gaming enthusiasts.

The Mobile Gaming Lounge will primarily support students in K-12 schools, colleges and universities with and open game play. It was also at large-scale events at the Moody Center, The Dell Diamond, Circuit of the Americas and the AT&T Center, not to mention third-party industry events such as RTX, QuakeCon and TwitchCon.

SXSW

"OBSERVE AND REPORT" MOVIE PREMIERE

SXSW Film Festival was the host of the world premiere of Warner Bros. film, “Observe and Report,” starring Seth Rogan, Danny McBride and Anna Faris.  The after-party event was hosted by Warner Bros., sponsored by Technicolor.  Both client and sponsor, headquartered in Los Angeles, were not familiar with Austin venues and, requried guidance in selecting a venue which would be centrally located, reflected a relaxed Austin vibe and would accommodate up to 700 guests.

I worked closely with both Warner Bros. and Technicolor to select a venue that satisfied all of their requests and ultimately decided on Emo’s on 6th Street.  Upon arrival in Austin, I met with both client and sponsor to conduct a site visit of the venue.  Emo’s has two spaces that would be utilized for this event.  The larger of the two spaces would host guests with SXSW badges and wristbands and the smaller space would be utilized as a VIP lounge.  In addition, Warner Bros. provided me with a lengthy rider for their VIPs.  The rider included a VIP lounge, a private entrance/ exit with private security utilizing guest lists and catered dinner for the talent.
