TRIMEGA PURCHASING NATIONAL CONVENTION

The Alamo & JW Marriott, San Antonio, Texas
The goal of the five-day event was to present entertaining yet informational activities to TM’s members as well as to provide non-stop peer and vendor networking opportunities.
I designed, sold and produced two themed events as well as ground transportation for 1,000 guests. The events included: “Super Heroes Welcome Reception” hosted on-site at the JW Marriott and “An Evening at The Alamo” held on the grounds of the historic Alamo. I focused on TriMega’s theme, “Aspire” when selecting venues, decor and live entertainment and worked closely with the client to maintain the brand culture and annual convention message throughout the week-long convention. In preparation for all events and transportation I created and edited numerous proposals, budgets and contracts for the client giving special attention to tight deadlines and time constraints. I negotiated with lighting, staging, decor, tent, floral, sound, and entertainment vendors. I also coordinated and led multiple site inspections as well as pre-event meetings.
